The bigger you think your problems are, the bigger they will be as a result. When you give into exaggeration, you unknowingly expose yourself to dishonesty in its simplest form. Withholding the truth and exaggerating fact might be entertaining initially, but you rob yourself of closure in the long run. Therefore, I am hesitant to react in situations where I allowed individuals to divulge their problems unto me. I don’t have too many of my own problems, and even when I do, I carry every ounce of my own burden. So all in all, I believe that if you feel that your problems are insurmountable, then most likely they will be. A lot of problem-solving involves having the right mentality for it as well as a strong sense of willpower and resolve. I only wish that I could impart these thoughts to others without seeming condescending. Because at the end of the day, these are just some of my personal feelings and opinions about problem-solving. What might work for me might not necessarily be successful in someone else’s case. Anyways this is just food for thought. Goodnight.
